Hello there kendo, hope it's OK to contact you I've got the 'dreaded' dmi coming up and could do with a few pointers as to how specific the route and traction info has to be... Also I wasn't asked to apply for a certain station only what my nearest station was, how do you reckon I should go about revising for the routes and traction on it if I'm unsure of which route I'll be posted to if successful.

From reading the forum seem to be approachable regarding some assistance with the DMI I have my first assessment coming up shortly and would be great to know what to expect in the DMI is successful and how it defers from mmi. if you have the time would be greatly appreciated
