I'm just writing in response to a post that you wrote about a few months ago with regards to qualified driver interview with FGW.

I have one coming up and wanting to be fully prepared for it; hope that you could give me any help or advice on it?

I don't know if you have had an interview yet, but if you work at NXEA, look for the behavioural interview form on the intranet. We use this with a couple of extra questions at the end. We don't look for "buzz words"!
