Hi this is my first time using this forum. I applied for a job with network rail months ago and I received a phone call from one of the people that interviewed me, saying I have been chosen for the role. He then said HR will contact me to complete the process. Since then I have waited, called for update with HR for almost 3month now and still haven't heard anything. Every time I call HR it seems like they haven't got a clue. Yet my online status reads Assessment 2 complete. Can someone please tell me what it means. Thank you
