As far as I'm aware (from past experience), quite a lot of the focus of the interview is on either hypothetical situations or situations that you've dealt with yourself - I can't really recommend anything, other than continually considering the non technical skills as you go through, and linking your answers back to them.
I've struggled to find any information on the non-technical skills that Network Rail consider specific to the role, but there's some general information from the RSSB here, and lots of other information that's more specific to the role (and should be very useful for the interview!) here...
