I am contacting you as a result of reading the Trainee Senior Conductor thread from 2012.

I have gone through all the stages and have a medical date so I am hoping to start soon on their next intake on the 25th Jan.

Would you be able to give me any detail on the day to day workings of the senior conductor? For example what an average day would entail? Do you get a lot of conflict on the trains from people not wanting to pay? Do you enjoy the role? Anything you think a person should be made aware of that maybe you hadn't have thought of prior? I'd greatly appreciate it if you could tell me anything really.
