  • Hi drazky, just after some advice I had my first assessment last week and failed on the tea-occ test, I think it was the restrant part, could you tell me what you did in this part of the test just so I can understand where I went wrong, do you only circle the the words with restaurant in it, I was told to look for all the restaurants with double signs, but my interpretation of this is any food places, for example ( bobs Indian ) so I circle it but should I only of circled the ones with restraint in the name ? Any help will be most appreciated and congrats on joining Crossrail I have enjoyed reading your journey

    Hi Drazky,
my name is rafal and I'm a bus driver like you (I drive for metroline - uxbridge). Congratulations on your pass. I've just managed to get to final dmi stage for a train driver (crossrail). Can you please give me some tips or questions which they asked you? I would be grateful.
    Hi drazky,
I wonder if you can help me, I passed my second day yesterday (MMI and computer test), I have been given the OTDPQ slip to login and complete the questionnaire which I did yesterday, I thought I will get DMI date/time when I finish the OTDPQ but I did not, my question is do you remember when they book you for DMI interview? is it in the assessment centre after finish the 2nd day test? or did they contact you after you finished the OTDPQ to book your DMI interview? your help is really appreciated

Hi Drazky, well done on passing the MTR process , I've been offered a position to start 2/1/2017 myself but noticed your post to apply for tfl. Is it best to get a back up position why you applied? As I was thinking to do this but i would prefer to stick with MTR as I think it will be a better challenge with the company as well as new trains etc. your opinion would be much appreciated.

    1. Describe a time where you've had to follow rules & procedures
    2. Describe a time where you've been involved in an emergency situation
    3. Describe a time you've been on a training course for over 2 weeks or your greatest achievement
    4. Describe a time where you've had to work for long periods of time alone
    5. Describe a time you've had to solve a difficult prob
    6. Give an example of undertaken task similar to train diver's
    role.
Just read your excellent review of day two. By usual suspects were these the questions:
    6. Give an example of undertaken task similar to train diver's
    role.

Or was there some which are not on that list, again appreciate the help
