Is that in the morning? Maybe they moved them out there then to get another bus out? It has also been done when works have restricted access to the depot. 1623574829 I believe they have but the cost is astronomical plus all the dead mileage as you say.

I don’t see why Gloucester needs to put more vehicles in there or move to a bigger depot? The current location is great being that close to the City Centre. If slightly more space is needed I would put more in Coleford, closer to Lydney/Blakeney starts/finishes etc. To be honest I think it’s a...

I agree with the 93 idea, it would make sense to serve Arle Court P&R with the 94 and cascade the vehicles to other routes, retiring old Darts and Optares. They won’t split the 94 between two depots, even though there is some dead running between Gloucester and Cheltenham, it’s too complicated...

They’re off the road at the moment I believe. When the schools are in they probably don’t have many spare.

You were lucky, usually they don’t have enough! Must be due to service reduction they had more available. Good to see they are responding to customer suggestions.

Also many new routes have been gained in conjunction with Cirencester College. So the need will be about the same as before. About an additional 10 routes. That outstation is closed with 51 operating out of Swindon and the other Cirencester area services out of Stroud.
