Moving around the cab on a laptop

That's what I did - got it from Staples for quite a reasonable price. Has a couple of USB ports itself so acts like a hub as well as a number pad.

    Proposal

Rounding it up to £1 gives you a profit of 23% on each disk sold - not really in the spirit of "Freeware", is it?

    Aldwych Branch for BVE4

So neither of you have ever made a mistake nor overlooked something?

    Aldwych Branch for BVE4

Tom is correct Fred. On reaching Aldwych, perform a right mouse click, select Jump to Station, and then Change Ends. You also need to follow the instructions on the timetable about resetting the tripcock, etc. Enjoy! :glasses5:

Can't argue with that. Absolutely no intention...

Good news there then! Just a little while to wait but at least it's saved you the cost of a new printer - if you can manage without for a few weeks? :sad8:

Dear me! Not sure which model Lexmark you have, but you may want to look at these Microsoft forums about the subject. It looks as though somebody is asking Lexmark to produce a Vista driver so it may be worth hanging on a bit before you buy a new printer!

Looks like there are broken links Eifion as I am getting the same message on all the download buttons. :|

That seems to be the case with BVE 4 I'm afraid Eifion. Take a look at this lengthy thread over at the TSC forums. It seems that Mackoy's source code is needed to correct the problem.

    Class 31

What a mighty fine loco! Good work Martin! Just one question - I get no horn sounds when pressing "Enter" or "+". I get something when I press "-" but the sound repeats until I press the key again. Is it me?

    Jubilee line opinions

"Judging" suggests we are looking for value for money. No money whatsoever is involved here. If we don't like it, we can seek to do better, or gratefully receive what we have been given and not criticise those who have given freely of their time & skills.

    Jubilee line opinions

Perhaps the title "Opinions" is asking for trouble but we all need to remember that these good people who code the routes & build the trains are doing so entirely voluntarily and for everyone's enjoyment. I have nothing but ABSOLUTE admiration for them and am very, very grateful for all that...

    Birmingham X City South

I had dropped my students at Cadburys for a tour - I've done it about 10 times now so was determined to do something different with the day. They had 2 other tutors with them so did not feel guilty at all about disappearing for a few hours. Drove the minibus from Bourneville to Redditch in...

    Birmingham X City South

Travelled on this route "for real" for the first time on Wednesday, after many simulated runs courtesy of BVE! Have to say how even more impressed I am now with the accuracy of the BVE route. Brilliant! :-o

Aln Valley for BVE 4 Updated

Like Bill, I too get the blue screen, despite downloading the zip file for the 104. Must be doing something wrong! No worries. :-)

    Would you mind...?

Although I'm on 2mb broadband, that zip file took an age...

    Epping-Ongar for BVE4

Excellent route Kelvin - well done! I particularly like the "extras", such as the hot air balloon and kite. There are probably more which I've not yet noticed! I too get some flickering but am not unduly concerned.

    Cl158 AWS Sounds

That would be great if you could, as I would then be able to check whether that does finally solve the mystery. :o
