They went with the Century Gothic font on the new readers across all the TOCs, presumably as they didn’t want to use TfL’s Johnston font outside of the TfL area. Would have thought this would be the perfect time to have used Rail Alphabet 2…
They appear to have (presumable unintentionally) reverted to an older version of the Design Standards, which used this symbol. I noticed this issue with the Northern line extension (to Battersea Power Station) signage too.

The “calling at all stations to” announcement is intended for Bakerloo line services to Elephant & Castle as the intermediate tube stations are not in the NR timetable / announcement system
