Because in order to speed up training, those on RDW will need to cover diagrams for those crew requiring training. At the moment, RDW is just about covering routine absensces and lack of trained crew. RDW can't be relied upon.

We enter the station and board the 2234 GWR Service to Cardiff Central Railway Station, arriving at 2335 on Thursday evening.

They are typically 2 hourly with a longer gap in the afternoon and hourly in the morning. Some of the morning UP trains can terminate at Plymouth/Exeter on the up and Taunton on the down as necessary. The through train can also be busy.

They don't really as passengers can just change at new street. Was rather more thinking of reducing the amount of trains terminating there.

Could one of these be an extension of a Shrewsbury stopper? Would give those stations connections to Wolverhampton.
