The 395s get a refresh before the 376 and Networkers, which seems odd being one of the newest of the fleet types. The Networkers won't get any attention as they're sending some off for storage or scrap and the 376 has never been touched except to add handrails.

Ah okay. I called TFL and got through to someone, they said that i should expect another email from someone later (current lead time approx 2 weeks) to refund the missing amount. The woman also remarked that the website could probably word this better.

Where do you see that? The first TFL email said i will receive a final confirmation, but the second email had the same refund amount as the first.

This thread made me look at my numbers. I have an annual travelcard dating January 1 to December 31 2020 zone 1 to 3, last used on March 18. Cancelled last week. Even if i assume they take a full month travelcard cost for January-March, my sums suggest the refund comes out at £1207.30...
