Bit confusing I know, my missus started with FCC in March and I got through the recruitment process this year, we're both using same login! It's like pulling teeth, I am in holding pot for. X3 TOC's now!

How does this holding pot work? If someone is in a later recruitment drive with better results do they move above someone on an earlier trawl with an inferior result.???

Just like to get an idea how many people are on hold / successful after interview for FCC Trainee drivers? This is just those that have passed everything including Managers interview!
