Manchester Stations to St Erth Off - Peak return

Thanks for your help there john@home! Does a Stoke split not add any saving on the first leg or is that just day returns?

Manchester Stations to St Erth Off - Peak return

No I wasn't looking particularly to go that way, just seemed like another way if I fancied it. I know about XC and their advances, hence why I want to avoid them! --- old post above --- --- new post below --- Thanks for that. Wasn't a necessary route via London, just in case I fancied it...

Hi all, Was just wondering what the cheapest way would be from Manchester to Hayle/St Erth (either will do me fine) on Sunday 8th March and return on Friday 13th March. I don't mind travelling at any time, and I also have a 16-25 railcard. Many thanks in advance!

    It didnt stop at Stoke?

If I'm right, there's been signal problems today between Rugeley Trent Valley and Stafford? This could have something to do with it.

    It didnt stop at Stoke?

As it's looking like there's no reports on this between Colwich Jn and Crewe, this must have been the diverted Pendolino http://www.realtimetrains.co.uk/train/P51214/2013/11/28/advanced It's 1H73 1840 London Euston to Manchester Piccadilly. I can't help with why it was diverted though.

    Manchester United Halt additional services?

If they do run I suspect it will be the same as last year, not using 323 units. They used a 150+156 last time if I remember correctly?

    Manchester - Sheffield on Sundays.

If it's getting that bad, try taking the slower Northern service. They aren't as busy across the Hope Valley, as a frequent traveller.
