spoke to them briefly and they just advised me that I've been placed on hold until a position in your chosen train station becomes available. My issue is why would they do assessments if there wasn't no available positions

Passed my interview and assessment but FCC have put me 'on hold'. I'm not sure whether this is a good or a bad thing. Can anyone shed some light on this. p.s I'm relatively new to this forum, thanks for your help
