Question is, how much money is NET losing from these incidents? When it happens, how much do they lose by arranging bus acceptance and removal of the vehicles from the tracks? Also, if it's that regular an occurance, how many people are put off even using the tram?

I can confirm I generally don't bother getting advance tickets from Crewe to London any more, just walk up and get an off-peak or super off-peak return with LNWR.

The way some people yelled at those even remotely in the way today was appalling. I don't know if anyone on here was witness to that (and hopefully not the perpetrators).
