The reason for the Farringdon call not showing is due to tube strike the same day (04/10/23) so TL will await confirmation on staffing numbers from TFL, last time both TL & Elizabeth line only called at Farringdon from 0700 until late evening during tube strikes
Every Monday / Tuesday nights no trains run to/from Charing Cross and every Wednesday / Thursday nights no trains run to/from Cannon Street due to engineering works
This has been on going for almost a year now
If a night service did start on weekends it would probably only be the core section Paddington - Abbey Wood with a through service to/from Reading/Heathrow/Sheffield only provided New Years Eve

If you have a look at this link - https://www.railforums.co.uk/threads/different-driver-depot-route-and-traction-cards.205085/ this will show you the routes York depot sign
Southeastern did use platforms 4 & 5 just before Thameslink officially ran a full services through London Bridge High Level since then I have not seen any SE services use 4 & 5
The former timetable had Corby services departing at xx:47 but now is xx: 45 & 15 which I’m guessing is to aid the additional stop at Luton Airport Parkway
