Despite asking for a bit of detailed feedback as to where I was let down in the interview after waiting 2 weeks for a response I got a slightly longer than a default generic "unlucky, lots of applicants" response. All the best for those still waiting and those treading water in the pool.

I averaged out the wage drop for the 2 pay scales at 11 and 38 weeks and it is still around a 950 average drop over those months. Once in the depot at 38 weeks its all gravy though, but yes, need to know I am successful first.
