    Newport Transport

Delivery of Z45 - Z55 has commenced. These are all Yutong E9L vehicles.

    Demand Responsive Transport

Not really, as DRT31 still runs until the end of March, and DRT62 and DRT63 will still continue.

First South West (Kernow & Buses of Somerset)

Yes, pathetic, but down to the manufacturer, not the operator.

Surely only 54112 is unreliable. 54111 hasn't been delivered yet and 54113 is off the road with accident damage.

Bws Cenedlaethol -as a means of saving Welsh bus routes

Which routes in Newport have Newport Transport given up, leaving them to be only served by the 'dreaded' private operators? Don't Stagecoach only run the routes they've historically ran into Newport?

I'm not sure that I follow your logic. Our vehicles aren't dedicated to schools/colleges either, but since we have a reduced peak vehicle requirement during the summer holidays, a certain number of vehicles are parked up for the summer, and not available for service at short notice. Cornwall...

First South West (Kernow & Buses of Somerset)

The company where I work must also be guilty of bad planning, as we park up all our school and college buses up for the summer. They're certainly not available for service at the drop of a hat.

My point regarding the TC is that I have no idea if FSW have informed them of their issues regarding this service. I assume that you, in your professional capacity, know that they haven't. The notice may be scruffy, but it does inform intending passengers to use the Coastguard stop.

One stop. The double deck I caught last week turned and reversed into the Coastguard stop. That's for the Traffic Commissioner to decide.

In fairness, Mousehole has got a service. It's just one stop that can't currently be served. The trains issue is not down to a failure of First management, it's a national dispute, involving the Unions, the operators and the Government. 1691353887 It's not unusual for there to be a delay in new...

They will be interworked to enable them to return to Newport.

Yeomans to withdraw from several Hereford local routes

It is what you are saying. Didn't First do exactly the same thing when they withdrew from Hereford? If indeed there is potential then surely other operators will be happy to step in and run the services commercially?

Yeomans to withdraw from several Hereford local routes

Based on your logic other companies will obviously be queuing up run town services in Hereford.

Maybe he had experience driving the Eden Project shuttle buses?

Cornish bus operators (excluding First Kernow)

It says in the bus timetable that most 17's continue through Penzance town centre - please check with driver, so shouldn't be an issue.

First South West (Kernow & Buses of Somerset)

Thank you. Are you able to tell us when the E200's are likely to start operating at the Eden Project?

The open tops are for the L1. The L5 is closed top.

First South West (Kernow & Buses of Somerset)

Well said! I think part of the problem is that those of us who are impressed with what you've put in place for this year, and the hard work involved, don't provide you with the positive feedback you deserve. We've booked a holiday in St Ives again this summer and the enhancements to the Lizard...

It also spent a week in South Wales with Newport Transport, though not used in service.
