I understand today's scheduled move of 90s from Crown Point to Basford Hall has been caped. The moves are now planned for tomorrow and Friday.

Updating my own post, the second path has appeared but for Thursday 7th.

A path has appeared on RTT for Weds 6th from Crown Point to Basford Hall. DRS operated I believe. I understand the plan is for a second move on Friday 8th, but no path on RTT yet. Assumption is that there will be 4 locos in each move, leaving 4 to go presumably w/c 11th sometime...

Moves have apparently been put back until 6 May.

Local informed source says Monday and Thursday next week.

Was Mk2/DBSO. Mon-Fri were 47 hauled throughout. Sat/Sun, the 47 worked to Cambridge where the 90 took over for the run to Liverpool St.

755330 acted as the 'tractor' for 745108. There are a couple of videos posted on FB groups from chaps that were working in the wee small hours.

90s had appeared on the GE sporadically over the years but the first diagrammed use was on 12 August 2002 when 90042 worked the 0505 Norwich to Liverpool St. The loco stayed on diagram for the rest of the day, finishing on the 1700 Liverpool St to Norwich. Other Freightliner 90s used during...

I live about half a mile from a wherry line station. Always able to hear the 755s pulling away from the station, although as has been said the cooling fans kicking in on some units does raise the decibels. However, I don't think it's too much louder than the GA 170s which were themselves loud...

Reported locally (in Anglia that is...) that 90015 has worked its last service for GA today (1930 LST-NRW). Apparently the loco is due exam. With 90014 already at Crewe undergoing exam that means effectively 2 out of 15 are stood down Just the 6 locos in service today (that I saw) - 001, 003...

Just for the record, 745002 was declared a failure prior to working 1P15 (traction motor related issue I'm told). It retired to Crown Point leaving just the 3 745s in service for the day.

745006 came out to play on 1630 ex Norwich. I believe it needed a reset at Diss but completed the turn.

For the record the offending Basil was 423. At the same time as 423 limped into Ipswich, 421 was being taken out of service (should have worked the 1358 to Peterborough) due to engine issues.

755336 has been out and about this week. Yesterday (31st) it did a Crown Point to Harwich Int and back Norwich at least, with the pan up. May have done more but I'd gone home by early afternoon.

There's a path in for this afternoon (1/11) which should see 37401 take 8 Mk3s from Crown Point to the MNR for storage.

416's first day in service was yesterday (30th). AFAIA 420 has yet to work its first revenue earning service.
