Trouble Ahead at Virgin West Coast?

I have to agree on this point and not just at EUS. A lot of the non Driver staff at VT and probably most other TOCs seem to be resentful/ envious of Drivers and truly believe that they should have the same salary. Trouble Ahead at Virgin West Coast?

ASLEF have withdrawn Rest Day Working(RDW) agreement on VT effective from 25 July. This is over VTs failure to provide a satisfactory offer over pay and T&Cs. Drivers pay increases

The movement from spare can be a sore one. Max shift hours are 10 but proposal is to 8hr 45m max as per spare turn length. Current RD's min 104 per year. If Sundays are to be part of the working week then it's 156 per year.

    Drivers pay increases

I'm afraid you've heard wrong. Latest offer( £5k to £7K) was thrown out at CC level before it even went to the Drivers. Tell me what specific terms and conditions are you talking about. Then we can compare them to other TOCs.
