    We are planning to travel on 09.09 Redhill on 24/7. NRE says it is off-peak, arriving at London Bridge 09.51.OK so far but the restrictions shown on the BR Fares page says not valid if it arrives Blackfriars before 10.00 but it arrives 09.57. Am I mis-reading something, is this journey...
