    Its not at Victoria. Utter confusion. No visual signs working and trains are being sent into all sorts of odd platforms. I have no idea when my train will leave. What a shambles. In the rush our. With no SWR alternatives. Happy Christmas, railway.

    I took Ave from Valencia to Madrid about 8 months ago and it was baggage scan and gated platform with pre-board ticket checks. Albeit cursory. Has this changed?
