No - it was a bundle of 10 day tickets, was down to two when I rasied the query and now just one left. The live departures issue was a fault with the Passenger app as well - I have stood at a stop watching it claimingh to be live tracking couninmg down to an arriving time only for no bus to...

True but the number of Streetlites equate to the number of B10BLEs withdrawn/to be withdrawn plus one other vehicle.

Todays updated West Yorkshire Information Service fleetlist, accessible via www.wyis.org.uk, indicates that 1700 is the only B7RLE that will be withdrawn.

Suspect its largely changing passenger expectations why no really low height double deckers exist today; typically the inetrnal headroom is limited to around 5'10". Note that Enviro 500 is stated as No mention of lower deck.

Query what year? Hornby Dublo Duchess of Montrose EDP12

Lower double deckers have existed in the past - there was a railway overbridge on a route used by four operators in Nottingham that had a bridge marked as 13'6" and the low height Atlanteans and Fleetlines provided by Northern Counties to one of those operators had a height of 13'2" - 4.013m

The Enviro 400 diesel is either 4.2 or 4.3m high, the electric 4.3m

The West Yorkshire Informative Service fleetlist accessible via www.wyis.org.uk is saying the Streetlights are destined for Blackburn after refurbishment so not an immediate withdrawal of B10BLEs.

The Streetlights acquired from Rossendale are 41 seaters compared to 44 or 45 for the B10BLEs.

On the subject of electrics, Harrogate currently has the Yutong U11DD double-decker demo which has been used on route 1 until this afternoon when it flipped on the Harrogate Electric services. Given they have ordered the Mercedes single deckers for the 1, I'm wondering if they are having second...

A lot of the complaints on Play Store are login related and a constant complaint re the app is the lack of detail on the bus tracker with for example one author referring to difficulties in tracing 152s. What the new app does have is a map on the individual services, which the old app did not...

The main complaint seems to be that on the map the buses are not identified aside from some quite stupid errors like describing the 7 as Woodlands Corner to Leeds. Some obviously have not clicked on a bus icon as another complaint is that the actual vehicle is not identified when it is and the...

West Yorkshire Bus Franchising to go ahead

Wetherby is in West Yorkshire so the X98 and X99 will fall under franchising and more than likely no be operated by Transdev. The 7 runs through to Harrogate so probably will be exempted.
