andyccfc yes mate, in Feb. My mate has done everything waiting on his medical. It's only took him 8 weeks which I found really quick.

abacus614 I asked the question when I phoned recruitment, they did say they just go through the applications and send out emails as and when. If you would want any news give them a call they were really helpful. Don't be on a downer from what I've heard they need plenty of drivers on this intake.

Not sure abacus614, I called recruitment to see what was happening. 1 of my mates has completed stage 1 & 2 and passed his interview, waiting on his medical.

Received email today confirming date for stage 1.... anyone else had 1 ????

Hi I'm waiting too, but I think they must looking at applications and top slicing first to see how many that get through. Hoping I'm wrong but a friend has been to Watford already and he is a manager I'm not.

A friend of mine applied this year, online in Feb, stage 1 end of March and had his stage 2 today so some people are going through now

Slinky252 I'm in the fire service. The test is all about customer service and safety, So not sure why or how you have gone wrong.

I've got a mate who has just finished his 8 months and he said the last of the talent pool start feb/March 19 so might know before Christmas

I'm hoping this week ......... but knowing the train companies it could be next month..
