The Swr 455 have door/brake interlock , before South west trains converted them to AC you would lose traction power if interlock was lost .

Without interlock you can not release the brakes , the 2nd part of what driverd said is correct, It would be more likely a traction power issue and once they got moving probably didn't want it stopping again :)

Its not protecting the crossing very well if the train still reached it !

It isn't much fun at the moment with all these silly restrictions, also must of the places we have been to seem to have put there prices up eg £7.50 for a jacket potato with beans :)

Unfortunately some are like that ,that's why they should give you an hour in the sim before,not to much to ask really.

They really should let you practise on sims not fair really .
