Don't listen to all the negativity. I moved after 10 months qualified. Another person on my course moved after 2 years and a third one after about 2.5 years qualified. It can and has been done.

I moved from AGA to TPE about 18 months ago. TPE, XC, FGW all seem to recruit semi regularly. Northern have ongoing Qualified Driver recruitment online at the moment.
