    Changing TOC’s

Potentially move to a long distance operator, then transfer internally (hard to advise without knowing the locations in question) Or target one of the 'starter' operators wherever it is you want to live, where they may be more flexible about relocation.

WMT - New Drivers Routes, Signing and Traction

There’s a pinned thread at the top of the forum which shows where every depot covers.

Is it possible to change TOC after qualifying as a driver?

Much more difficult. More easier to qualify then move as you’d have to start your training all over again

Driver Instructors: Does your employer provide you with an additional Driver Instructor's licence?

The actual driving licence doesn’t change at all. Virgin Trains Drivers

Sundays outside. You work 5 days Mon-Sat with 1 RD. After 4 weeks of that, you get a week of RDs. Earlier start 03:38. Latest finish 02:15 (based on the link I have from a couple of years ago) 100 Drivers. 5 links of 20. Link 5 sign Longsight and Euston, which is what put me off applying.

    TPE franchise awarded to First

I doubt these will be used on the WCML, with the announcement about specifically tuning the diesel engines. I'd guess TPE's remaining 185s will operate Manchester - Cleethorpes and maybe Hull, these new ones will do Liverpool - Edinburgh via Newcastle and the additional Airport - Newcastle...

I moved from AGA to TPE about 18 months ago. TPE, XC, FGW all seem to recruit semi regularly. Northern have ongoing Qualified Driver recruitment online at the moment.

    Tricky interview questions.

I was once asked about a time I disagreed with a management decision. Tricky to strike the balance of answering properly and not slagging former employers off.

    Driver manager -Abellio Greater Anglia

Not sure exactly, but their Drivers are on around £45k, so I'd say £50k is about right.
