    Never say never. The company will want some kind of flesh to justify a drivers salary. At last something i agree with, they should only concern themself with driving, nothing more nothing less. Not having to the Guards job would help a great deal.

    The drivers can be given the type of ramp training i have, only takes about an hour then all is sorted. No need to claim back injury as the driver will sign that he/she is competent to use said piece of equipment.
