    Trainee Driver Course

I was lodged away Sunday to Friday for my entire classroom training and for me personally I'd say it was a bonus . We as a class were able to form a revision group in the evening where we'd sit there throwing questions at each other from the days learning and were able to help each other with...

Are exemptions from OPC assessments due to previous pass automatic?

As far as I remember ,the OPC invigilator will check everyone on the day against their national insurance number to see firstly if you have taken and failed the tests more than twice and secondly what tests you have previously taken and passed. What ever tests you have passed to the standard and...

    Borden test failure

I failed my first attempt, funnily enough with Southeastern for a shunt driver position, and know exactly how you're feeling. I was devastated. Leaving the Police

Positive mental attitude mate, if you're lucky enough to get that far, apply yourself, show the right attitude, look listen, learn and don't be afraid to ask questions and you'll be fine. At that stage it's all up to you.

    GCSE's for train driving

I'm currently a trainee driver, and didn't have GCSE level A-C in maths or English and had to sit the functional skills level 2 in both. I did this whilst on my rules course with the train'd up people, so they are definitely enough to complete a level 3 apprenticeship. Not sure if train'd up...

    Trainee tram driver (Croydon)

When you failed the scatt test was it an online test for the mobile ground staff position? If so I doubt it will have any bearing on whatever assessments first group use for trainee tram drivers. Don't quote me on this but I'm sure the tram assessments are completely separate from anything to do...

    Train driver assessment day

That's what I did first time round, spent to long making sure they are plumbers, but that information is there to confuse you on purpose. They are all plumbers on that page or at least everything with a double symbol is a plumber.
