    To my knowledge, disqualifications are spent once they are up, but points (endorsements) are not spent until 5 years after conviction.

    I was recently unsuccessful for the Kettering Trainee Mainline Driver role. I am currently most of the way through the recruitment process for the Train Manager role. I really don’t know what my prospects of being a driver with EMR are, but I would enjoy the Train Manager role in any case.
