It would appear that way. When I say 'quickly' I mean quicker than I was expecting. I would have expected a few hours at Holyhead. Still going to take a day trip to north Wales to grab some pics. :D

Yes, I did notice this working but didn't realise Scotsman would be turning around so quickly or that the Holyhead-Valley working had anything to do with the Scotsman. May also catch her on the way back across north Wales too.

Does anyone think there may be a chance of a full timing schedule for at least the north Wales part the tour? This is the first timing information I've been able to find yet.

Good to know. I've actually just had a proper look on thetrainline and found that it does allow unlimited zone 1-6 travel. Thanks again!

Waiting for the Cumfybus in Old Swan, Liverpool a few years ago now. Turned the corner, put my arm out, driver clearly saw me as he appeared to be laughing on the way past. I ask, what was that all about?

The best ones are when people just stop and start having a good old chat to someone else right in front of what you're trying to take a photo of. Being into street photography, it happens quite a lot.

Haha! Lucky. It's a good day out though. If you're interested why not learn how to. It's a brilliant interest to have as well. You'll almost certainly need paitence though.

True! I did hang around for about 20-30 minutes, probably not helped by the fact that the school summer holiday was only in its second week when I visited.
