For TPE there are frequent crew changes at Manchester Victoria and Leeds, both of which don’t have a crew depot.

It’s being used as a location for crew training on the 68s and MK5s (out of the way so no noise complaints when the locos are running all day to power the coaches).

At the minute all catering is suspended on TPE services including first class and hasn’t yet been announced when it will be returning, so it would be just a bigger seat and a bit more space with the 2+1 seating (and generally a quiet carriage). No first class lounge access on TPE services...
