What's the reason many Reading tickets are REA for Reading and Reading West? What's the history? Why aren't RDG Reading only tickets from London cheaper? And why doesn't REA include Reading Green Park?

Is there a comparison of how many years apart refits took place on different classes after privatisation?
For example with the Class 800s being about 5 years old, how long until there's the chance of replacing the ironing boards?
There needs to be a way for non-English speakers to get refunds when overcharged etc similar to calling TfL. Does TfL have a way to request a refund online already?

What's the process if a GWR Touch smart card gets lost and has a season ticket on it? Does the passenger have to apply for a new smart card and wait to receive it in the post? What do they do in the meantime while waiting for the replacement to arrive?
