Well I've had Rabbit, probably similar to Guinea Pig. Not had shark sadly. I've had Swordfish but that's about as adventurous as fish gets for me! I'd be sick if I tried to eat a snail. I just couldn't. I'd try Kangaroo. Frogs legs are great.
