There was, although it was on the other side of Edenbridge station more towards Godstone. It was very hard to access the site, being so remote and I think Network Rail had to build a road to access the site in that instance?

It is a shame, as some are a lot better than others. Had a number of OBSs who have been very informative and friendly, checking on passengers and checking tickets throughout the whole journey, stepping out onto the platform at each station. I like the presence even where they are not safety...

I do really sympathise with this, however, the T&Cs of 26-30 railcard state: I'd be nervous to attempt these journeys on a railcard discounted ticket without being able to show my railcard as the guard/RPI/whoever you may encounter is fully within their rights to charge you a full new fare...
