    Yeah ive had mixed reviews, one LOM even said to me on email he wont consider my application because i dont have a signalling background. To be honest, i think most of them do go to signallers though although its not mandatory. Ive even heard of someone off the street becoming a MOM.

    All depends on the contract mate. It’s either time and 10th or time and half, the contract who get time and 10th usually have an higher basic though so kind of evens itself out
