Hi, seen plenty of old info regarding cross country assessment days, just wandering if there is any new information as to whether the assessment day has changed much? Anyone else going next Monday? 17/09/2018 at Birmingham.
It was quite odd. Some were asking you things as if you are a driver, but then they were customer service focused, some were safety focused. I think just give it your best shot, don't over think it either otherwise you could run out of time quite easily.
Just the one test. Not sure if this is counting as a life or not tbh. Seems like they are testing your judgement in any given scenario so I wouldn't just click my way through and hope for the best!
The online assessment is quite straight forward. They give you a scenario and then 3 options of what you might do in that scenario. There are 19 questions and you have 30 minutes to complete, however, once answered you can't go back if you change your mind after!
