Any idea why these buses have Irish registration numbers?

You're correct about running late. Another two 44's overtook him and this bus went "Out of Service."

Lothian Group discussion (Lothian City, Lothian Country Bus and East Coast Buses)

Last week my bus was behind the bus at the stop on Princes Street. The driver surprisingly got out of his cabin and shouted to the passengers to come forward. First time I’ve seen this.

I'm glad they didn't change the 44 frequency as most of the time you get 2 together and occasionally 3 together.

Was there not a stipulation that buses had to be relativity new for Airport services?
  9. Auld reekie

Does anyone really not know about older people being eligible for concessionary travel passes?

It was one of these things I was looking forward when I became 60.

Lothian Group discussion (Lothian City, Lothian Country Bus and East Coast Buses)

Was the reason for buying these buses purely financial as the buses Lothian have are all relatively new.

Lothian Group discussion (Lothian City, Lothian Country Bus and East Coast Buses)

What is the approximate yearly miles of a bus?

Lothian Group discussion (Lothian City, Lothian Country Bus and East Coast Buses)

I've often had the time when the bus is due appearing faded with an an asterisk. I know this is the scheduled time.
