At Kings Cross the ticket barriers (Next to platform 8) have barcode type scanners. They look the same as the airport boarding pass scanners.

In the 1980's the route was a bit different, it went a faster route to St Albans and also started and finished at Arnos Grove. I don’t remember what part of the route changed but it was a lot faster.

Will they be re-opening the disused platform at Finsbury Park? Looks like they have started some work today on the platform. Where the platforms re-numbered after it was closed years ago 1976.
