    Delay Repay denied

is'nt delay repay a good thing for the travelling public intending to compensate them, but all the good intentions went out of the window, when the rail companies introduced many hoops for joe public to jump thru. So making it very hard to get what repay is due... indeed hoping they will give it up.

    Dangerous boarding procedures at Euston

if the platform is displayed after the inbound passengers have disembarked and cleared the platform, the cleaning will have started. It will give out-bound passengers time to get to the ticket check then arrive on the platform to wait for the doors to be opened... "simplies" or is this too easy...

    Dangerous boarding procedures at Euston

does the Euston "experience" all come down to the sociology that the passenger comes way down the list of things to do, in despatching a train... for the sake of an on time departure "let the passenger" rush if they get on fair enough if they don't wait for the next crush... we've got targets to...

    ASLEF strikes 5th-8th April weekend

i'm not in the industry now thank goodness, but from what i've seen/heard the vote was do you want your union to use further industrial action if need be, as per the law that the union must ballot members every 6 months, not do you accept the offer that's on the table... So if they had a vote...

Poor boarding experience at Euston (11/03)

All seat reservations activate part-way through GWR journey

All seat reservations activate part-way through GWR journey

so if the screens are off then come on into the journey, do you hold your ground (or seat) or get up and try and find another seat, but what if the train is full? So the common sence approach would be to leave the screens off surely... and apologise at each stop.
