    Having spotters take unwanted photos or getting too close to the cab when stopped ar platforms. Really do not like it. I get they're taking photos of engines but I dislike photos with me in them

    Oh no totally agree, I'd do anything for a 13 week roster and not a weekly flex roster that I have at my FOC. I think if FL-IM paid what gbrf or colas do and kept there terms and conditions then a lot of passenger men would jump ship

    Drivers I use to load loved it. Step on step off no going in-between. Draw train in shunter jumps on take it to end if terminal.     Railport Operative Freightliner

    I think its a 40 hour week at railport and it's a difference in pay due to railport being different to a terminal at the terminal you have more traffic (workload) and you also operate overhead gantry cranes Its about 4 or 5 quid per hour pay difference
