Thanks so much for the reply. I have my MMI on Monday and feel really nervous. How many questions do they ask in the MMI and will they ask why do u want to be a train driver or ask what y know about Crossrail in the MMI??

What type of questions will they be asking? Will they ask the normal stuff like.. give an example where u have had to concentrate for long periods etc? Did any of the questions throw you?

Can anyone tell me what the difference is between the MMI interview and the manager interview. I have my stage 2 on the 22nd October and wondered will they mark you on the day and will you know if you have passed? Do they then send you a date for the manager interview?
