Had 2nd part assessment and MMI today, and after a long and stressful wait received the call with a conditional offer based at Motherwell at 5pm !! Absolutely delighted. Hoping the medical etc will just be formalities, and can't wait to get started with the rest of you who are beginning training...

23,000 ? That's a staggering figure if correct. Was thinking to get one of the few jobs on offer out of an application pool of 10% of that would be quite an achievement. No wonder it takes them so long to complete the selection process.! Makes your success all the more impressive.

Hi all , Received email this evening saying I'd passed manager interview and to attend 2nd part assessment next month . Delighted .

We did the ones which were bullet pointed in email , don't know if anything varies between groups / days.

No mate there were no MMI's , just the testing.

Assessment today. Think it went fairly well, another waiting game now to see if I've done enough to make it to interview stage, although they stated they are hoping to get things moving quickly, so hopefully not too long !! Assessors were very helpful and tried to make everyone as much at ease...
