That will have been DB groundstaff. They do 12 hour days/nights. Max driving turn is 11h30. Our longest booked job is an 11 hour shed turn

75 out of 760 odd is about 10% by my maths, all of whom are leaving voluntarily with a nice fat payoff. DB and Freightliner drivers prefer to work for companies who put safety over profit

At DB turns booking on between 2300 and 0400 are maximum 9h30

Db may be at the lower end but it’s for a 30.66 hour week rather than a 35 hour week. If you work it out pro rata it’s very similar.

It’s actually 1472 hours per contract year as of July 22 which equates to 30.66 hours per week. Another bonus is minimum 14 hours rest between shifts. At my hub it’s very similar regarding weekend working, much better than at the toc I previously worked for where you worked roughly every other...
