Hey, there’s numerous threads and topics with plenty of info on these assessments, just browse the forum and you’ll find everything you need. As long as you’ve made good use of the practise material provided by the TOC you’ll be alright.
They don’t go into depot specific, they will ask you what you know about MTR Crossrail/corporation as a whole, any additional info you have on the company is a bonus I guess but I wouldn’t stress.
Me too, I remember my mate applied after me and he got a response before me. Like you said just have to be patient ! I’m also a few months from finishing training
Same with me I applied last year July and I started my training beginning of the year, patience is defo the key. It’s not a race and don’t take it personal if someone gets a response from MTR before you.
I personally don’t think there’s much to practise for in regards to the online process but when it comes to stage 1 and 2 assessments they will send you practise material..
However for the visual search exercise this is pretty similar...
You will get a response, just have to be patient. They are also dealing with internal staff who also applied for the role. Trust me you’ll hear back! Lol
You’ll complete everything that needs to be completed during the online application process. Then it’s a DMI providing you’ve passed stage 1 and 2 of the psychometric testing
Trainee train driver positions opened up for Maidenhead, abbey wood and old oak depots (internal applicants only) May open up to public so keep your eyes peeled
