No mate, i like EMT so am hoping the loyalty pays off soon. Did you get any indication during your assessment day how long they expect you to stay in the talent pool? I know it's difficult to forecast but it's an awful waiting game. Lol

Ive emailed asking for updates and generally they say that they anticipate vacancies but cannot promise them etc. All very honest which i like and reassuring as well. I try not to badger them too much as im sure they are busy, but its a nervy wait. Ive everything crossed.

Just a couple of emails. They have been great to be honest but they can only use me when there is a vacancy. Are you for Derby as well?

6 months in and still waiting....as each day passes i get more nervous. But fingers crossed something will happen soon

Hi All Has anyone had any experience of waiting in the talent pool for a TM position for EMT (Derby). I'm just trying to gauge an average length of time people have had to wait before being offered a position.
