I applied December 18 too, yes I do consider myself very lucky, but it wasn’t just me, my mate who applied the same time for the same depot is on the same course, we were both lucky considering it’s a small depot.

I got an email on the 19/8/19 saying I passed the DMI and was in the pool, got a call on the 22/8/19 with a start date.

Ahh same as we did for rules, there are a few groups in front of mine so it may be a while before I’m back, the good thing with repeating the first week is it makes it easier to get back into it. Fingers crossed it’s not a long wait
