    Borden test failure

I've been reading threads for quite a while about the recruitment process, I finally discovered today how frustrating it is. I went for a shunter driving job for se trains, the group borden test and memory testing etc. 8 of us went in and 4 failed after only the first hour. I was amongst the...

    Network rail

I applied for a signaller role, the expiry date for the applications was the 3rd of December. I had one email to say they have received my application and so far that's it, not heard anything else. I'm guessing they have got so many to get through, hope you hear back soon though.

    Is it worth it??

I'm too a frustrated Class one driver for a "well to do" supermarket. To be honest I work my back side off for very little wages, I too would love the opportunity to move onto the rails. I've been looking for months and to get a trainee job, man you gotta be so lucky!
