My husband has done both check test and verbal reasoning and is now awaiting results. I done it but didn’t pass the verbal reasoning and got an automated email saying if not passed this stage in application process

Yes health and safety and customer service type questions. Certainly not rocket science

Yes alot to do with customer service but also safety and sometimes as you say theres quite possibly two correct answers.

Very true, this is a first application for me for any TOC so I can only try my best throughout the whole process

Yes I applied for bishops stortford and ilford. I see that both mainline and depot jobs are out, can you apply for both?
