Do ticket gates need to be staffed when in operation?

Has been brought up before about people needing to pass through the gateline to access Customer Service after the redesign of the concourse. I'd like to think no issues arose with the gateline staff letting you through though

Do ticket gates need to be staffed when in operation?

Barriers at Ipswich have to be manned if there is no gateline staff to monitor it needs to be left open. But I think that is more for ticketing issues as the barriers will open automatically if say the fire alarm is activated

    Ticket Wallet Help

Started collecting ticket wallets, just wondering if anyone would be willing to help. Most TOCs just advised to go to local station which is fair enough if one is close. Willing to assist anyone else who needs GA ones. TIA
