    My anecdotal information shows that a kind of coolant will be introduced to the a/c system and will be chilled by electricity when trains are running overground...but I still have no idea how future Victoria line trains on the all underground line could be air-conditioned by this way...

    I believe the reason for using good rather than fair is the same as why LU changes ‘alight for’ into ‘exit for’—many English learners don’t know the word ‘alight’ at all...regarding the word ‘fair’, their recognition to this word could only be ‘equal treatment to different parties’.
